Our client envisioned a vibrant commercial complex on a prime parcel of land in the Westland area of Accra. The brief required an integrated facility comprising office spaces, retail shops, a banking hall, and a restaurant.

In response, we developed a range of architectural proposals that captured this multifunctional vision, ensuring efficient layout and optimal use of space. Each design incorporated essential elements such as ample parking and a dedicated bullion van bay, addressing both operational needs and security considerations.
