Tasked with adapting it for contemporary use, our client required its conversion into two separate apartments for lease, along with a comprehensive facelift to modernise its appearance.

Project Logic successfully redesigned the main structure into two distinct four-bedroom apartments, each offering ample space and updated features to meet modern living standards. The existing outhouse was also reconfigured into two self-contained one-bedroom units, each equipped with private sanitary facilities, providing additional value and functionality to the overall development.
