Charles is the founder and Principal Consultant of Project Logic Consult, established in 2001. He is an architect and construction project manager with an MSc in Project Management from Sheffield Hallam University. Charles has delivered projects for clients including Devtraco, Azar Chemicals, and M&K Ghana, and lead visualisaion projects for major infrastructure works like the Tetteh Quarshie, Dimples and Suame Interchanges. He is a member of GIA and is committed to value-driven, impactful architecture.

Jonathan A. Stephens is a highly experienced Civil/Structural Engineer with over 38 years of practice across Ghana and Nigeria. As Principal Consultant at Oriental Consult and long-time external associate of Project Logic Consult since 2001, he has contributed to major hospital, institutional, and high-rise projects. A Professional Engineer (GhIE) and PMI member, Jonathan brings deep expertise in reinforced concrete, steel, and bridge structures—consistently delivering excellence and practical solutions across diverse engineering challenges.

John Frimpong-Mensah – Quantity Surveyor & Cost Consultant

John Frimpong-Mensah is a Quantity Surveyor and Cost Consultant with over 34 years of experience in construction cost management. As Executive Director of Nesher Resources Ltd and an external associate of Project Logic Consult since 2005, he has delivered cost consultancy services on projects for the World Bank, AfDB, USAID, and leading multinationals. His expertise covers pre- and post-contract cost control across commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects, ensuring efficiency and value in every assignment.
