Modern and Energy-Efficient Head Office Design at Ridge, Accra

Our client acquired a strategically located parcel of land at Ridge, Accra, with the vision of developing a new head office to support and enhance their operations. We were invited to submit a proposal for the architectural design of the facility.

In close collaboration with the client, we developed a comprehensive design brief that addressed both current operational needs and future growth. Through an intensive conceptualisation process, we produced a unique and modern architectural solution that reflects the company’s identity and aspirations.

The final design prioritises energy efficiency, natural lighting, and functional spatial arrangements—delivering a sustainable and forward-looking office environment tailored to the client’s goals.
