Swimming Pool and Outdoor Leisure Area in Cantonments, Accra

Our client, a resident of Cantonments in Accra, approached us with the idea of adding a swimming pool to their already spacious compound. We gladly offered professional guidance, submitted design proposals, and were subsequently appointed as project managers to oversee the entire process.

Our role included project planning, budgeting, and coordination of all elements required for successful delivery. The swimming pool was designed as the centrepiece of a complete leisure zone, complemented by a sitting shed, an adjoining changing room, a washroom, a pump room, a shower, and a grill area.

We worked carefully around the existing landscaping, preserving mature trees and integrating the new features seamlessly into the natural setting. Surface drainage posed a particular challenge but was successfully resolved through thoughtful engineering.

The final outcome is a beautifully integrated outdoor space that enhances both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the existing property, providing a perfect retreat for relaxation and entertainment.
