Redesign and Completion of Residential Project in Community 10, Tema

Project Logic was engaged to redesign a set of residential properties located in Community 10, a suburb of Tema. Our involvement began at a critical stage—when masonry works were nearing completion, but key technical design challenges had emerged, prompting the need for expert intervention.

We began by thoroughly surveying the existing structures and identifying areas requiring improvement. Based on our assessment, we redesigned the houses and produced detailed construction drawings, which were approved and adopted by the client.

As part of the revised landscape design, and in response to the client’s request, we incorporated swimming pools to enhance both functionality and lifestyle appeal.

The final outcome is a beautifully resolved residential development—an elegant cluster of homes brought to life through thoughtful redesign, technical precision, and refined landscaping.
