The original four-bedroom house situated on this parcel of land in Odorkor, Accra, was earmarked for demolition by the client in favour of a higher-yield residential development. Tasked with the redesign, we successfully transformed the site into a modern apartment complex comprising nine three-bedroom units and three two-bedroom units, all carefully planned to optimise space, functionality, and market appeal.

The development includes ample parking facilities to meet the needs of residents and visitors, along with thoughtfully integrated soft landscaping that enhances the aesthetic quality and livability of the complex. Designed with leasing in mind, the new structure offers a balanced mix of comfort, practicality, and long-term value for the client.
