We were commissioned to design a distinctive four-bedroom residence at Devtraco Courts in Dawhenya, incorporating an integral housekeeper’s suite. The site’s natural slope was strategically utilized to introduce a basement level, offering versatile space suitable for a gymnasium or storage.

Acknowledging the high land value in the area, the design emphasizes a sleek, modern aesthetic that allows for potential future duplication.
