Our client commissioned us to design and develop a luxurious 5-bedroom residence on a one-acre parcel of land in Dawhenya, near Tema. The vision was to create a spacious and elegant family home that would cater to both comfort and lifestyle needs.

The residence includes generous living areas, a dedicated study, a family room, a double size garage, and an out-house designed for a housekeeper. Central to the design brief was the integration of leisure features, including a swimming pool and a serene recreational pond, which enhance the home’s tranquil atmosphere.

In delivering this project, we carefully balanced function and form to ensure the final outcome met both aesthetic expectations and practical requirements. The result is a stunning and well-appointed family home that reflects the client’s aspirations for space, beauty, and long-term liveability.
