Originally a charming two-bedroom house with a small outhouse built in the 1970s, this Osu property had generous surrounding space that presented an opportunity for value addition. ProjectLogic was commissioned to enhance the site by introducing additional residential units for the Accra property market, while preserving and expanding the original house as a semi-detached private residence.
