Upon successful completion of the initial condominium redesign, ProjectLogic was re-engaged by Devtraco Ltd. to enhance the development with recreational amenities. This phase involved the integration of a gymnasium and a swimming pool, carefully designed to complement the residential complex. Despite the limited available space, the facilities were efficiently incorporated, accompanied by thoughtful landscaping to create a pleasant and functional leisure environment for residents.
