Dove Hill Estates

Project Logic was commissioned by Devtraco Estates to redesign the house type for its Dove Hill development. At the time, six buildings had already been constructed up to the gable level, posing a challenge for adaptive redesign.

A major change involved replacing the planned atrium with a spacious master suite to improve functionality and appeal. The building elevations were given a fresh, contemporary facelift, and landscaping was carefully integrated to unify the architecture with its surroundings.

The result was a revitalised set of homes that met Devtraco’s standards and appealed to modern homeowners. Additionally, the main building was redesigned into four self-contained three-bedroom apartments with modern amenities, ample parking, and a swimming pool. The outhouse was converted into four single-room units, enhancing the property’s value for lease in a prime urban location.
