Project Logic Consult was commissioned to design a modern, cost-effective recreational facility to serve the residents of Devtraco Courts in Dawhenya, Tema. The proposal features a multi-purpose hall with a seating capacity of 250, equipped with an industrial kitchen to support various events. Additional amenities include a business centre, gymnasium, rooftop terrace with a bar and grill, swimming pool, and a spacious garden designed for outdoor receptions. The design emphasizes functionality and aesthetic appeal, ensuring a versatile space that caters to the community’s diverse recreational needs.
