15-Acre Apartment Community Development in Tema

Our client, a leading real estate developer in Ghana, commissioned the transformation of a 15-acre parcel in the Tema area into a vibrant residential community. The brief called for the design and development of two- and three-bedroom apartments for sale.

Project Logic successfully delivered a serene, well-planned community consisting of 420 residential units. The design included complete infrastructure networks, amenities, and thoughtfully executed landscaping. A notable achievement of the project was the seamless integration of outdoor utility and cooking areas—enhancing livability while maintaining aesthetic harmony across the development.
