Mixed-use redesign with offices, showroom, restaurant, and modern facade

Project Logic was first commissioned in 2007 to redesign this building, with the initial brief requiring the first two floors to serve as a showroom and office space for the client, while the upper floors were to be converted into apartments for expatriate staff.

However, before construction began in 2009, the brief was revised. We were re-engaged to adapt the design a second time—this time transforming the two upper floors into open-plan office spaces for rent and incorporating a restaurant and lounge on the top floor. The scope was further expanded to include the installation of a lift and a complete modernisation of the building’s exterior to reflect a contemporary architectural language.

Through these strategic interventions, Project Logic successfully reimagined the building as a versatile mixed-use development aligned with both commercial and lifestyle needs.
