Azar Head Office (2007)

Azar Chemicals Head Office – Spintex Road, Accra

With the foundation already in place along Spintex Road, Project Logic redesigned the head office to improve both appearance and functionality. Azar Chemical Industries Ltd. required a multi-purpose building combining corporate and residential uses.

The ground floor serves as a showroom for product display, while the second floor accommodates managerial offices designed for efficient business operations. The top two floors include two- and three-bedroom apartments for expatriate staff.

Despite the mixed-use program, the design achieves a cohesive, modern office block appearance through unified architectural language and a carefully planned façade.

The result is a functional, adaptable head office reflecting Azar’s corporate identity and meeting both operational and residential needs.
