GAVA Head Office

Concept Design for GAVA National Head Office

The Ghana Association of Visual Artists (GAVA) engaged us to develop a concept for their future national head office—a space that would embody their identity and support their diverse activities.

In close collaboration with GAVA, we developed a comprehensive brief that outlined a wide range of functional spaces, including administrative offices, art studios, theatres, galleries, meeting and conference rooms, and a restaurant. Each space was carefully considered to support creativity, collaboration, and public engagement.

From this brief, we conceptualised a dynamic and energy-efficient architectural scheme that reflects the spirit of the visual arts while accommodating the practical needs of the association. The resulting design forms a strong foundation for a vibrant, multifunctional head office that celebrates Ghanaian artistry and cultural expression.
