Chase Restaurant commissioned us to transform an existing 1970s four-bedroom residential property into a contemporary dining facility. Given the stark contrast between the building’s original function and the client’s modern aesthetic and operational requirements, the redesign necessitated a complete overhaul.

We incorporated modern materials and architectural elements to create a sharp, contemporary look that aligned with Chase’s brand identity. The result was a striking and highly functional restaurant space that quickly gained popularity and attracted a strong clientele upon launch.
